About

I am just a single mother, based out of West Virginia, that loves to travel! As a mother, I feel it is important that my child has experiences outside of what would be the ‘norm’ for the area/culture I’ve grown up in. It is also just as important for him to know his ethnic and cultural history.
Traveling around the US and world opens up a whole new way to educate children. As you travel, you can teach your children about history, geography, science, and even math. You can also teach them something that schools can’t, street smarts and common sense.

I have always loved to travel. Even when I was a kid, I wanted to go places and I watched Samantha Brown on the Travel Channel every chance I got. Unfortunately, my parents just weren’t able to give me the gift of travel.
Now that I’m a grown adult with a child of my own, I am making it a point to give my son the gift of travel! You will never regret giving them experiences and time together and your kids will always remember those amazing experiences you gave them.

I hope you enjoy my blog! I look forward to sharing my adventures, travel tips, experiences, and more with you in the coming years!
God bless and happy travels!

“Travel as much as you can, as far as you can, as long as you can. Life’s not meant to be lived in one place.”

favorite place you've traveled

I haven’t been too many places yet, but so far, Los Angeles has been my favorite! Everything went so smoothly with that trip (other than my ear infection) and we had an absolute blast!
